Setup in four steps

1. Create your account. Business name, email and a password. No card needed to start the trial.
2. Set your prices. Your price per square foot for pressure-treated, composite and PVC at each of 4 height levels, railing per foot by style, steps, landing, tear-out, extras and a minimum job. If you skip a field, the sample price stays until you change it.
3. Check your alert email. We verify the address once, then every lead is emailed to you.
4. Add it to your site. Paste the embed code on a page, or link to your hosted estimator page from a button. You can also share the link in texts, emails and social posts.

Which embed should you use?

• Script tag: one line that drops the estimator into a page. Best when your site builder allows custom HTML or code blocks.
• Iframe: works on almost any platform that accepts an embed.
• Hosted link: no code at all. Point a "Get a price" button at your estimator page.

Most builders put it on a "Pricing" or "Get an estimate" page and link to it from the home page and the main menu.

What homeowners see

The estimator shows your business name at the top. The homeowner types their address, draws the deck on the satellite photo, marks the house side, railing and stairs, picks a height and materials, and leaves a name and email. The range shows right away, with your disclaimer that it is a ballpark and not a quote. On Pro you can add your brand color, tagline, phone, license and reviews lines, and a "Book a free site visit" button with your booking link.

How it works for the homeowner

1. Address. They start typing their address and pick it from the suggestions, or tap "Use my location".
2. Draw. They tap the corners of the deck on a satellite photo of their own yard. Square feet update live. They can tap a side to type its exact length, or skip the map and type a size.
3. Mark the sides. Each side is marked house, railing, stairs or open, so railing feet and stair locations come from the drawing.
4. Height. They pick one of 4 height levels, or "not sure". Stairs are suggested from the height, and railing is required from the height you choose.
5. Materials. They see Good, Better and Best decking (pressure-treated, composite, PVC), pick a railing style and any extras.
6. Price. They leave their name and email and see a ballpark range right away. You get an email alert with the drawing summary and the estimate.

What lands in your inbox

Each lead email includes the homeowner's contact details and address, a summary of the drawing and answers (size, sides, railing, height, stairs, material and extras), the estimate they saw, and links to any photos. The same lead is saved in your dashboard, and you can export your leads to CSV.

Will a public price scare people off?

A range is not a bid. Homeowners who see a realistic range and still reach out already know the ballpark, so your first call can be about the project instead of the budget. If you would rather not show numbers, Pro can hide the price, show an exact figure, or mark certain heights as "quote on request".

What it does not do yet: there is no CRM integration, no service-area map, no webhooks and no measuring from photos. Leads arrive by email and in your dashboard, and you can export them to CSV.
