Terms of Service

These terms apply to deck contractors who use QuoteDecking ("we", "us"). By signing up or subscribing, you agree to them.

The service

QuoteDecking is an instant deck-estimate tool for your website or estimate link. Homeowners trace their deck on a satellite map (or type its size), answer a few questions, can add photos, and see a ballpark range based on the prices you give us. Their request is then delivered to you as a lead. QuoteDecking is for deck work only. The features in each plan are the ones described on our pricing page.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Plans are monthly: Starter $59 a month, Pro $129 a month, and Done-For-You $499 a month. There is no free trial, no setup fee, and no discounts.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Billing starts the day you subscribe. Charges appear on your card statement as QUOTE DECKING.
• Plans renew each month and can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and you won't be billed again.
• To cancel or change your billing, email us.

Your prices and your leads

You are responsible for the prices, options, and wording you give us, and for checking that the estimates look right. Estimates shown to homeowners are ballpark figures based on your prices. They are not binding offers, and the final price is set by you after a site visit. Leads collected for you are yours to use to contact those homeowners about their deck. You agree to handle homeowner information responsibly and lawfully.

Acceptable use

Don't use QuoteDecking for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to interfere with the service. Don't share private lead or photo links outside your company. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep QuoteDecking running and accurate, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. We will tell you by email before a price change affects your plan. A change takes effect at your next renewal.
