Instant deck estimates on your website, priced the way you price.

Homeowners draw their deck on a satellite map, mark the house side, pick a height and a material, and see a ballpark range from your own numbers. You get the lead with the drawing, square footage, railing feet and stair count before you ever drive out.

Built around what actually drives a deck's price

A walkout deck priced like a patio deck kills trust. Height is the biggest price driver after size, so it's built into every estimate.

Height levels

Four levels with your own $/sq ft for each material, or one base price and a multiplier per level.

Stairs from height

Steps are suggested from the height (7⅜ in max riser), priced per step, with a landing at the top level. Or "decide at visit".

Railing from the drawing

Railing feet come from the open sides. It switches on automatically from the height you choose, in the styles you offer.

Walkouts on request

Rather not price second-story decks online? Mark any height level "quote on request". You still get the lead and the drawing.

Removal and extras

Replacing a deck adds tear-out per sq ft. Extras can be flat, per sq ft, or "priced at the visit" (like hot tubs).

Honest ranges

Default ±15%, wider when the homeowner isn't sure of the height. Always labeled a ballpark, with the final price after a site visit.

Questions

Is the price a quote?

No. It's a ballpark range from the homeowner's drawing and answers, clearly labeled that way. The final price comes after your site visit.

What if trees or the roof hide the backyard?

Homeowners can type the width and depth instead, or pick a common size like 12×16. They can also tap any side of their drawing and type its real length to correct the scale, and add up to 3 photos of the yard so you can see what the satellite can't.

Where do the starting prices come from?

The demo uses sample numbers based on published 2026 cost guides. Every contractor replaces them with their own prices.

Do you sell my leads to other contractors?

No. Leads from your estimator belong to you.
